Caramelized Chicken Skewers with Zaatar & Carob Molasses

Preparation:

 

  1. In a bowl, prepare the marinade. Combine the olive oil, za'atar, carob molasses, and verjuice. Mix well.  
  2. Cut the chicken fillets into cubes and place them in a bowl.  
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, reserving a small amount for garnish Stir and let marinate for 20 mins.  
  4. Meanwhile, chop the bell peppers into large chunks. 
  5. Assemble the skewers by alternating the marinated chicken pieces with the bell pepper chunks. 
  6. Heat a pan with a drizzle of Terroirs du Liban Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cook the skewers on all sides.  
  7. Serve immediately while still warm, gently brush the skewers with the reserved marinade.
