Banana Bread with Tahini and Pecans

For 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 150g flour
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 90g brown sugar
 - 50g tahini
 - 50g pecans
 - 2 eggs
 - 70g butter
 - 3 ripe bananas
 - 1 lime
 - 1 pinch fine salt
 
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 210°C.
 - Pour eggs, sugar and salt into a bowl. Beat using a whisk.
 - Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.
 - Melt butter in microwave and add to mixture.
 - Add lime zest. Mix well.
 - Using a fork, mash bananas and add lime juice.
 - Stir into the mixture, then add the tahini. Mix well.
 - Chop the pecans and add to the mixture.
 - Butter the cake mold and pour in the batter.
 - Bake for 20 minutes, then leave to cool.
 - Unmould.
