
Halloween Candies with Mulberry & Rose Syrup

For about 50 candies
Ingredients:
- 50g rose syrup diluted in 50cl water
- 50g mulberry syrup diluted in 50cl water
- 6 gelatin leaves
- ½ lemon
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
Ustensils:
- Silicone ice cube trays
Preparation:
- In a bowl of cold water, soften the gelatin leaves and squeeze out the excess water.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
- In a saucepan, heat the mulberry syrup, water, and half the lemon juice.
- In another saucepan, heat the rose syrup, water, and the remaining lemon juice.
- Once boiling, remove the pan from the heat.
- Add 3 gelatin sheets to each mixture.
- Pour the mixtures into silicone ice cube trays.
- After cooling, remove from the mold and coat with powdered sugar.
