
Orange Blossom Madeleines

Ingredients:
- 150g white flour
- 100g softened butter
- 150g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp orange blossom water
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes pale.
- Add the flour and baking powder. Then, mix the butter and milk.
- Add the orange blossom water and mix well.
- Butter your madeleine molds and pour the mixture ¾ full.
- Bake for 6 mins, keeping an eye on the temperature.
