Soothing Infusion with Orange Blossom Water

Ingredients:
- 30cl water
 - 1 cm grated fresh ginger
 - 5 mint leaves
 - ½ tsp orange blossom water
 - ½ fresh lemon
 - 1 tsp fresh thyme
 - 1 tsp honey
 
Preparation:
- Bring the water to a boil.
 - Pour boiling water, honey, lemon juice and orange blossom water into a teapot. Stir to combine.
 - Place the ginger, thyme and mint in the infuser.
 - Leave to infuse for 5 minutes, then strain.
