Caramelized Chicken Skewers with Zaatar & Carob Molasses

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 bell peppers in different colours
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Carob Molasses
- 1 tbsp Zaatar
- 1 tsp Verjuice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- In a bowl, prepare the marinade. Combine the olive oil, za'atar, carob molasses, and verjuice. Mix well.
- Cut the chicken fillets into cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, reserving a small amount for garnish. Stir and let marinate for 20 mins.
- Meanwhile, chop the bell peppers into large chunks.
- Assemble the skewers by alternating the marinated chicken pieces with the bell pepper chunks.
- Heat a pan with a drizzle of Terroirs du Liban Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cook the skewers on all sides.
- Serve immediately while still warm, gently brush the skewers with the reserved marinade.
