Levantine Rose Nice Cream

Levantine Rose Nice Cream

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation time: 5 mins

Freezing time: 4H minimum

For 2 to 3 people 



Ingredients:


  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen for at least 4 hours   
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries 
  • 1 ½ tbsp Rose Water 
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Rose Syrup, for drizzling 
  • 1 small handful of crushed pistachios or slivered almonds, for crunch  


Preparation:


  1. Place the frozen banana slices and raspberries in the food processor. Pulse first to break up the pieces, then blend continuously.  
  2. Keep blending until the mixture becomes smooth, thick, and creamy, like ice cream. 
  3. Add the Terroirs du Liban Rose Water and blend for a few more seconds to infuse the mixture with the flavor.  
  4. Serve the nice cream right away in bowls or dessert cups. 
  5. Drizzle with Terroirs du Liban Rose Syrup and top with crushed pistachios or sliced almonds.
