Irish Coffee with Carob Molasses

Ingredients:
- 5 cl carob molasses
 - 5 cl whiskey
 - 10cl hot coffee
 - 3 tbsp whipped cream
 - 1 pinch cocoa
 
Preparation:
- In a glass, pour the carob molasses then add the whiskey. Mix with a small spoon and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Set aside.
 - In another cup, prepare the coffee and pour it using a small spoon into the glass of carob molasses and whiskey.
 - Add the whipped cream and sprinkle some cocoa.
