Iced Matcha with Carob Molasses

Ingredients:
- 200ml milk (plant-based or regular)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 30ml hot water (70–80°C)
- 5g carob molasses

Ice cubes
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 30 ml of hot water until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Pour the carob molasses into a transparent glass.
- Add the ice cubes, then pour in the milk.
- Slowly pour the matcha mixture over the top to create a nice layered effect.
- Stir lightly before drinking.
