How to use
Ghreybeh is a traditional Middle Eastern shortbread, famous for its buttery, sweet flavor and melt-in-the-mouth texture. Often prepared for celebrations, these cookies can be stored at room temperature for extended periods. Made with wheat flour, they are beautifully decorated with a pistachio on top. Traditionally enjoyed with hot black tea, ghreibeh also pairs wonderfully with other hot or cold beverages, and can be savored plain or alongside dried fruits.
White WHEAT flour (47%) (origin: Lebanon), non-hydrogenated palm shortening (origin: Lebanon), sugar, PISTACHIO, coconut oil, rosemary extract.
May contain traces of TREE NUTS, PEANUT, SESAME, MILK, and SULFITE SO2.
