Olive Oil, Salmon & Zaatar Cake

For 1 cake
Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
 - 10 g baking powder
 - 150 g smoked salmon
 - 4 eggs
 - 50 g grated Gruyère cheese
 - 10 cl organic extra virgin olive oil
 - 10 cl milk
 - 2 tsp zaatar premium qawzah
 - 1 pinch pepper
 
Utensils:
- 1 cake mold
 
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
 - Butter and flour the cake mold.
 - In a salad bowl, mix the eggs, olive oil, milk, grated gruyere, zaatar and pepper.
 - Gradually mix in the flour and the baking powder.
 - Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and add them to the preparation. Mix.
 - Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
 - Let it cool then cut into slices
