Mouhalabieh with Rose and Orange Blossom Water

For 6 people
Ingredients:
- 1L whole milk
 - 120g sugar
 - 70g cornflour
 - 3 tbps orange blossom water or rose water. May be mixed half and half
 - 2 sachets vanilla sugar (30g)
 
Ustensils:
- Glass ramekins
 
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, corn flour and vanilla sugar.
 - Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
 - Once thickened, remove from the heat and add the orange blossom water and rose water.
 - Pour into ramekins and leave to cool.
 - Refrigerate until the mouhalabieh is firm.
 - Serve chilled, garnished with crushed pistachios and/or dried rose petals, or rose petal delights.
